The common areas offer a large garden with lawn, trees and palms, a large swimming pool with children's pool, and a small children's playground and direct access to the sandy beach. The residence is located on km 5 of the beach road Las Marinas and nearby you may find many restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The center of Denia can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, or by public bus, just a few minutes walk from the residence, you can find a bus stop. The residence is completely fenced and each apartment offers a parking place on the grounds. An ideal accommodation for all beach lovers, but also suitable for colder seasons because the air conditioning systems work with both cold air and warm air.
